IEC-1000-4-3 Radiated radio-frequency electromagnetic field immunity measurement was performed in the 3m semi-anechoic chamber according to the procedure set forth in the IEC 1000-4-3: 1995 entitled Radiated radio-frequency electromagnetic filed immunity test.

IEC-1000-4-4 Electrical fast transient measurement was performed in the shielded enclosure according to the procedure set forth in the IEC 1000-4-4: 1995 entitled Part 4: Testing and measurement techniques. Section 4: Electrical Fast Transient/Burst Immunity Test.

IEC-1000-4-5 Surge immunity measurement was performed in the shielded enclosure according to the procedure set forth in the IEC 1000-4-5 Entitles Part 4: Testing and measurement techniques. Section 5: Surge Immunity Test.

IEC-1000-4-6 Immunity to conducted disturbance, induced by the radio-frequency fields measurement was performed in the shielded enclosure room according to the procedure set forth in the IEC 1000-4-6: 1995 entitled Part 4: Testing and measurement techniques. Section 6: Immunity to conducted disturbance, induced by radio-frequency fields

IEC-1000-4-8 Magnetic filed measurement was performed according to the procedure set forth in the IEC 1000-4-8: 1993 entitled :Part 4: Testing and measurement techniques. Section 8: Power frequency magnetic field immunity test.

IEC-255-5 Impulse Test measurement was performed in the shielded enclosure according to the procedure set forth in the IEC255-5.

EN55022 EN55022: 1995-Class A (CISPR 22 Class A: 1995). Radio disturbance characteristic measurement for conducted and radiated emission was performed according to the procedure set forth in the EN55022: 1995 entitled "Limits and methods of measurement of radio disturbance characteristics of information technology equipment".

IEC-60068-2-2-4-3 The environment tests were conducted according to IEC 60068-2-2: 1974 (+Supp. A: 1976 & Amd.1: 1993) Dry Heat Test Section two  Test Bb: Dry heat for non-dissipating specimen with gradual change of temperature.

IEC-60255-5 Method of the tests were referred to IEC 60255-5: 1977 Electrical relays Part 5: Insulation test for electrical relays (Insulation resistance and dielectric test only). The tests were conducted at an ambient temperature of 25±5 °C.

IEC-60068-2-30-5 The environment tests were conducted according to IEC 60068-2-30 (12 + 12 hours cycle). Except for the environmental test condition, other tests were conducted at an ambient temperature of 25±5 °C
The test were conducted according to test clauses of IEC 60068-2-30: 1980 with the following modification and additions:-
- the environmental tests were conducted under high temperature of 43±3 °C, combined with cyclic humidity changes of 10%-95%-10%
- the other tests were conducted at an ambient temperature of 25±5°C

IEC-255-22-1 Surge immunity/impulse voltage measurement was performed in the shielded enclosure according to the procedure set forth in the IEC 61000-4-5/IEC 255-22-1 entitles Part 1: 1MHz burst disturbance test

IEC-255-5 Surge immunity/impulse voltage measurement was performed in the shielded enclosure according to the procedure set forth in the IEC 61000-4-5/IEC 255-5 entitles Part 5: Insulation tests for electrical relay. Clause 8: Impulse voltage test.

IEC-60255-21-1 Electrical Relays Part 21: Vibration, shock, bump and seismic tests onmeasuring relays and protection equipment. Section One – Vibration tests (sinusoidal)

DD ENV 50204: 1995 Radiated radiofrequency electromagnetic filed – Pulse modulated measurement was performed in the 3m semi-anechoic chamber according to the procedure set forth in the DD ENV 50204 entitled  Radiated radio-frequency electromagnetic field - Pulse modulated.

Power Frequency Interference - The tests were carried out internally and witnessed by the personnel from Tenaga Nasional Berhad (ie. one of our main customer in Malaysia). The test description as the following:-
Common Mode:   500Vrms ±10%
Differential Mode:  250Vrms ±10%
Frequency:      50Hz ± 1%
Duration Test:  not less than 2 seconds
