IEC-60068-2-2-4-3 The environment tests were conducted according to IEC 60068-2-2: 1974 (+Supp. A: 1976 & Amd.1: 1993) Dry Heat Test Section two Test Bb: Dry heat for non-dissipating specimen with gradual change of temperature.
IEC-60255-5 Method of the tests were referred to IEC 60255-5: 1977 Electrical relays Part 5: Insulation test for electrical relays (Insulation resistance and dielectric test only). The tests were conducted at an ambient temperature of 25±5 °C.
IEC-60068-2-30-5 The environment tests were conducted according to IEC 60068-2-30 (12 + 12 hours cycle). Except for the environmental test condition, other tests were conducted at an ambient temperature of 25±5 °C
The test were conducted according to test clauses of IEC 60068-2-30: 1980 with the following modification and additions:-
- the environmental tests were conducted under high temperature of 43±3 °C, combined with cyclic humidity changes of 10%-95%-10%
- the other tests were conducted at an ambient temperature of 25±5°C
IEC-255-22-1 Surge immunity/impulse voltage measurement was performed in the shielded enclosure according to the procedure set forth in the IEC 61000-4-5/IEC 255-22-1 entitles Part 1: 1MHz burst disturbance test
IEC-255-5 Surge immunity/impulse voltage measurement was performed in the shielded enclosure according to the procedure set forth in the IEC 61000-4-5/IEC 255-5 entitles Part 5: Insulation tests for electrical relay. Clause 8: Impulse voltage test.

DD ENV 50204: 1995 Radiated radiofrequency electromagnetic filed – Pulse modulated measurement was performed in the 3m semi-anechoic chamber according to the procedure set forth in the DD ENV 50204 entitled Radiated radio-frequency electromagnetic field - Pulse modulated.
Power Frequency Interference - The tests were carried out internally and witnessed by the personnel from Tenaga Nasional Berhad (ie. one of our main customer in Malaysia). The test description as the following:-
Common Mode: 500Vrms ±10%
Differential Mode: 250Vrms ±10%
Frequency: 50Hz ± 1%
Duration Test: not less than 2 seconds
